"The property itself is fantastic, but the street it’s on was full of litter and needed cleaned up. It’s close to many things, but the street has nothing on it like shops or pubs. It’s just off the beaten path. Great rooms, but the highlight of the property is its lounging lobby space. So many cozy corners to sit and talk. Thing I liked least… self check in on a screen while the staff stands there and just watches you. Good customer service would include the staff checking you in."
