My flight was cancelled - the lady at the desk was super helpful and arranged for me to continue to stay in my room for another night (without having to check out and move all my stuff around). Short bus away from Swords shopping area which is where is spent my free day. 」

「This place was amazing! The staff was friendly, our rooms was reasonably sized for an inner city hotel, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was fabulous! 」

「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con...
