Excellent hotel - will be back again!
Excellent hotel - staff really made it a great place to stay. Service from anyone was brilliant; don’t get to see a lot of hotels being run as well as this anymore.

Good location as we were attending a function nearby. Reception was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Rooms very good size, modern and comfortable. On site Parking was busy but found a space. Maybe only negative I prefer one pillow to be feather and soft!

A leading light in Ballsbridge Dublin
A really great hotel in the middle of Ballsbridge Dublin. Modern and chic, great service at a distance. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. I would highly recommend. The surrounding area is very ameinable with lots to do and see. I’ll be back.

Great location - unfortunately Fire alarm went off
Lovely hotel - unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 2am and probably took until 3am to figure out if it’s a fault or not . Very little sleep got . I did ask if we could get some credit or reduction but I was turned down

Ficamos em um estúdio, que estava muito limpo, bem equipado, com uma pequena cozinha para refeições rapidas. O hotel está localizado nas proximidades de um parque bastante agradável. Um pouco mais afastado do centro, mas chega-se lá rapidamente. A equipe foi muito prestativa e atenciosa. Viktor, que nos atendeu no check-in, e Juan, no check-out, foram muito gentis.
