We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

Nestled on the shores of Claytor Lake, this property offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. The boat ramp is one cove over - at the state park. 5 minutes from Claytor Lake State Park, you're moments away from boating, hiking, and scenic picnics. Radford University is a short 15-minute drive, ideal for campus visits or events. Virginia Tech in Blacksburg is only 30 minutes away, making this an excellent base for Hokie games, graduations, or campus tours—all while enjoying peaceful lakefront living.

We will have two kayaks located by the dock. Paddles and universal ADULT (2) life jackets will be in the shed along with some fishing poles. all available for guest use.

Escape to this spacious lakefront home on Claytor Lake—perfect for families and groups! The main level features a king bedroom with en-suite bath, a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with lake views and a queen bedroom off from the kitchen. Downstairs offers 2 bedrooms (with one king bed & two queen beds), a shared full bath, and a game room. There is also a desk/remote work space in king bedroom. Upstairs loft area includes two twin beds, and cozy kids' tent area. There is a half bathroom on the main level as well. Enjoy multiple decks, outdoor dining, and a private dock for swimming or boating—all just minutes from Radford and Virginia Tech.

The home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Interstate 81, offering easy access whether you're coming from Roanoke, Blacksburg, or beyond. Despite its secluded lakefront setting, it's easy to reach without winding mountain roads.

2 trash bins are located in the shed to the right as you are coming down driveway. There is a trash service that
comes Tuesday mornings, you must roll cans to the top of drive-way, and bring them back same day.

There may be firewood located on the side of the shed at the top of the driveway, but it is not guaranteed or provided by the owners if it runs out. There are two bedrooms on the main level of home & walk in shower, along with just a single step with flat entry at front door. Making it easy for handicap access. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in closets.

-Corn hole boards and bags are located in the front closet at entrance for guest use, please put back after each use, thank you!

-The living room is a smart tv that will have Roku, other tvs through-out the home will be roku as well.
-Electric blinds in master bedroom and living room.
-Newly updated walk-in shower in master.
-8 person dining room table.
-Cuisinart coffee maker, takes both pods and regular grounds (will be provided).
-"Little Library" in the living room for book lovers.
-6 person outdoor dining table.
-Gorgeous stone regular wood burning fire place in living room.
-Gas grill, (if tank is empty, guest can get re-fill tank. Re-fill is *not* provided by owners)
-Patio fan The lights and the fan operate via the pull chains.

Propane (for grill):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4.We DO NOT provide propane refills.
