I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning. Keep up the great work.

Property is in need of refurbishment. Carpets bit sticky. Freezer is diabolical. Windows were filthy,Kitchen cabinets wonky delaminating etc there was not enough water for us all to shower therewere only 3 adults, on the plus size the reception staff were brilliant

This is the second time I have stayed at this location and I enjoy it. I travel with my elderly father and want to be close to him, so having an apartment style accomodation is perfect. Check-in and out are always easy. The apartment was clean and having access to the onsight parking garage is always a plus!

We got bumped and moved to another property - they initially told me that there was a maintenance issue but when we got to the other property it was because they overbooked. It wouldn't be so bad but I had booked and apartment and the other property only had a single bed room. Also no on-site parking. Very disappointing. I've stayed here before and it's a good place to stay as it's walkable to the Temple area and around downtown Dublin.

St Augustine Apartments are as advertised - large, clean, and very convenient location for Dublin. Just around the corner from the Brazenhead and a short walk to Guinness factory/storehouse and Temple Bar area. We only stayed a night but the property would be a good base for a multi-night stay. Large kitchen & living room area and large bathroom with separate bedrooms made for an excellent stay for our family of six. On-site parking ($14 a night) within a gated area was another benefit. Desk is always staffed. We would choose it again.

Good Location
Very close to pubs and shopping. The apartment we had was #44 which was on the first floor and the only one there so it was very quiet so we had no problem sleeping. Our stay was cut short because of the Covid-19 virus. So we didn't get to see everything we wanted to. We would certainly recommend this location.

This was our second time staying at this property. We stayed in the penthouse. It’s perfect for a family of four. Our two kids each had their own room and one for the adults. Two bathrooms and full kitchen and dining room Its large enough for to be comfortable for a week. Its also in a perfect location to be able to walk to citi center, and several attractions such as Guinness storehouse and Jamison whiskey distillery. Would stay here again.

Lindo departamento, bien ubicado. Se puede llegar caminando algunos minutos a Guinness, estatua de Molly Malone que es el sitio de reunión de los Free Tours, San Patricio o a Temple Bar. El personal de la recepción es muy atento y están 24 hs. Taxi desde el aeropuerto nos costó €26, pero también llega un bus. Estuvimos muy cómodos y sin lugar a duda me volvería a alojar

Great Aparthotel in center of Dublin
Apartment was great! Very clean, has everything you need, brought our 2 year old and was perfect for kids. Front desk very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy to find and secure. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to Dublin!

We had to request towels, bath, and hand. hot water kept going off and missed an appointment because could take shower. also had to request additional plates since only 2 were in the apartment.

Generally good
We were unable to get a reply via email from the property to find out how to access the apartment, so had to call, which was annoying. A simple email reply should be easy enough. The apartment was very nice and very clean, however after 2 showers all water in the bathroom ceased to flow and we had to change apartments which was VERY annoying. However, the manager did arrange a free ride to the airport to compensate us. The area in which we stayed was a great location and easy to walk to everything. Overall, we'd recommend this property.

Amazing stay, would recommend!
Lovely stay from start to finish. Apartment is modern, clean and offers every facility which you need. Location is perfect and allowed us to walk everywhere. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return and recommend!
