Very clean. Staff was very helpful friendly, even walked us to a spot that we weren’t able to find outside of the property. Shared balcony was very nice ideal for sitting out in at night and sipping a glass of wine while watching the harbour.

Very European hotel. The rooms are small, no elevator, staff on premises only at certain times, a little pricey for what it offers. Having said that the hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly, but the best thing about this hotel is the location. Very centrally located and extremely convenient.

The room was exquisitely appointed, with very modern, up to date bath, bedding, and design. It was comfortable, spacious and the view was spectacular. The staff were amazingly helpful-- arranging rides to the airport and on so many other ways! The location was great and we walked to many of the sights we wanted to see.

The hotel owner was very nice and accommodating. However, during the first night of our stay the power went out in the middle of the night. So, our phones, watches and computers did not charge. When we contacted Ana in the morning to let her know, she was unaware there was an issue. At 8:30am the housekeeper let us know that workers had arrived to try to figure out the issue. We went to brakfast and returned at 9:30am and workers were still working on the issue with no known time of resolution. We could not shower, we could not charge our devices and weren't sure if we were even going to get power back at all that day. We had reservations at Restaurant 360 for the evening and needed to cancel by 10am or lose 100 euros per person. We ended up cancelling the reservation and leaving Dubrovnik a day early. Sadly, we spent

Our stay at Casa Rosa Boutique Hotel in Dubrovnik was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, Ana and the entire staff made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness truly elevated our experience. The location was perfect for us, situated by the marina with beautiful sea views, peaceful surroundings, and still very close to Old Town and all the main attractions. It gave us the best of both worlds, convenient access to everything while allowing us to escape the crowds and busyness of the main square. The rooms were exceptionally well designed with a modern, upscale aesthetic that still felt warm, cozy, and relaxing. Every detail of the decor felt thoughtful and elegant. Waking up to the sea view each morning was one of the highlights of our stay. If you are looking for a boutique hotel experience in Dubrovnik that combines luxury, comfort, style, and outstanding hospitality, Casa Rosa is truly a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Croatia.
