Hedera V is very spacious, comfortable, and very secluded, yet so close to the Old Town. It's great.

Very nice place and location

They were very easy to work with when we had questions. We were a bit needier than we normally are and they were patient with our questions. Being able to store our luggage before check in was great. They had restaurant recommendations and arranged transfers to the airport for us. It was very clean and the much needed Air Conditioning was very appreciated. Dubrovnik was hot when we were there. It is a great location. I would stay there again.

Perfect House for Dubrovnik Old Town

The house was fantastic. Very clean and spacious. A short walk to the old city. Quit neighborhood. It could not have been better for me and my family. The people were very friendly and helpful on check in. They even arranged transportation for us. Highly recommended.

Great location near Old Town and villa was clean upon arrival. Unfortunately we had several issues including a non-working Air conditioner for all of upstairs and some electrical issues that kept flipping breakers. It was too hot upstairs so part of our group had to find separate hotel accommodations. The Hedera Estate office was fairly communicative but were unable to get the A/C fixed while we stayed. They did offer a partial refund upon request, and I know sometimes these things are out of their control, so I did not penalize them too harshly. I would just make sure that the upstairs A/C is fixed first if you have a larger group using this villa.

Excellent accommodation

We were three couples and all were more than happy with the size of the house and the grounds. In early July it was hot (high 20's) and the large patio area always had some shade. The bedrooms were all of a good size, and the two downstairs ones had aircon and the upstairs one had a fan. The kitchen is fairly small for the size of the property although there is a table and chairs for 6 but this does restrict movement around the kitchen. The property is very quiet considering the nearby traffic and is like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle just a few hundred metres away. The old city is a 10-15 minute downhill (largely steps) walk away which can be done away from roads and traffic right to the square before the city gate. It's a bit of a trek on the way back in the heat but definitely worth the effort to reach the oasis! The management were superb from start to finish with no glitches and dealing with a last minute change of time for a transfer was no problem to them. Would certainly recommend the company and the house to friends. Tip - if using a local taxi, get a price first, or just get an Uber!
