Staff were friendly, pool was lovely, and location is excellent. Restaurant left a little to be desired at times (wait times and food quality) but generally also good. The squid was particularly lush! A great place to stay and explore Dubrovnik and the surrounding area!

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, the rooms are luxurious, beds soo comfy, just one little niggle is the layout of the bathroom, not designed for short people and why is there a handle in front of the sink?

Very friendly front desk and all other hotel staff. The young lady who was working evening shift on October 5th at the restaurant was so kind , professional and helpful. I arrived around 2130 from the airport due to flight delays..etc was astonishing , she made sure I have food even there was only couple minutes left to close the restaurant. So THANK YOU. Also the front desk staff all 5 stars. Very friendly, and always answered my questions with patients and smiles. The hotel location is perfect . Away from hustle and bustle of the cities , yet very conveniently right on the high way connected with Dubrovnik and other major spots to see in the area. Nice view from my balcony ( the Adriatic sea is beside the hotel with un obstructive view ( even in a rainy day it was beautiful ). Buffe breakfast is great. Lots of varieties and excellent Coroation style breakfast items... realy enjoyed the view while having breakfast at the restaurant. All and all 5 star for everything . Pool was great and clean. I wish there was a hot tub , but honestly even without that its great hotel. I will definitely return to this hotel if I ever come back to this area. Thank you .
