Great value for your money

Great budget stay in a quiet neighborhood within a walking distance from Old Town Dubrovnik. Great, spacious room with a shared kitchen. Awesome views from the balcony. Friendly hosts, overall a very good experience.

Wonderful guest house

Wonderful guest house, very friendly and helpful hosts and super comfy bed right in the heart of Lapad near the new port. Fabulous place and very happy we chose Victoria guest house.

Relaxing accomodation

My stay was most relaxing and the Victoria Guesthouse was ideal for my stay. The proprietor was most helpful and helped make my stay very pleasant indeed would recommend it for friendliness , comfort and location.

Very warm welcome from the host. Beautiful view from the balcony, can either take the bus or walk to the old town. Comfortable room n bath. Free parking+++ We like it very much!

전반적으론 만족^^

개별화장실이어서 굉장히 만족했고. 방도 큰 편이고, 무엇보다 화장대, 발코니가 있어서 굉장히 좋았습니다. 공용주방이있어 음식도 만들어먹을 수 있었습니다. 다만 숙소로 가는 길이 올드타운과는 먼 편이라, 불편한 부분이 있습니다. 우버타고 다니면 상관없어요. 계단이 너-무 많아 힘들거든요..

The view was amazing, the location so handy to Port Gruž (you can get a shuttle there from the airport) and the island ferries leave from here, the place was super clean, the beds comfy, but the best bit was our lovely host. She was so welcoming it was a total pleasure staying here.

Omdat we lang in de file stonden bij de grensovergang met Bosnië, zouden we laat gaan arriveren. Ik belde op en verontschuldigde me, maar het was geen enkel probleem. Bij aankomst werd er direct een parkeerplaats vrij gemaakt. Toen we arriveerde werd ons de kamer gewezen en werd gevraagd of we nog naar het oude centrum wilde. We gaven aan moe te zijn. Toen werd gezegd: geen probleem, ga lekker naar bed. We doen de check-in morgen. Wat fijn! De volgende ochtend kregen we uitleg over het openbaar vervoer naar Dubrovnik, een stadsplattegrond en nog wat tips om te doen. Hele goede en fijne service. De kamer was schoon en netjes. Wel was het wat verouderd. De douchekop kon bijvoorbeeld niet rechtop in de houder blijven, waardoor je zelf de douchekop vast moest blijven houden. Maar al met al een prima verblijf met een goede ligging voor een bezoek aan het oude centrum. Met de bus ben je binnen 5 minuten in het oude centrum. Terug zijn we gelopen, dat was 20-25 minuten.

Chambre avec vue mer à Gruz

La chambre est située sur les hauteurs de Gruz a environ 10 min de marche. Il y a un bus qui part toutes les 30 min à 5min à pied pour la vieille ville. On peut aussi y aller à pied en 20 min. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. La vue sur le port est très sympa. La salle de bain ne se situe pas dans la chambre mais elle est assez grande. Il faut sortir dans le couloir pour la rejoindre. Il y a une cuisine séparée très bien équipée.

Can't find a single negative, superb!

The guesthouse is fantastic and highly recommended. The room is smart, clean and comfortable with a free to use communal kitchen. The landlady is lovely and so helpful, she pointed out where everything is and how to get around on a map. The location is a little out of town but is three times cheaper than similar accommodation in the Old Town, plus there is a cheap bus that runs every half hour about a minutes walk away that can take you to all the tourist spots. Overall, I literally can't find any negatives about this place.

Room without bathroom

Well, imagine a room without a toilet and bathroom. So every time you have to shower or go to a toilet, you have to go through shared corridor to your allocated bathroom. Not truly convenient, nor meets 3 star requirements. Thank goodness we only stayed there for 1 night.

Bagno esterno alla camera senza averlo evidenziato mentre era invece descritto con bagno interno.Negativo la posizione , obbliga a prendere continuativamente il Bus , lontanissimo dalla Old Town. Pulizia inesistente, ti svuota solo il cestino in camera. Piacevole invece il terrazzino della camera con vista sul porto.

The venue is more like an apartment without a kitchen than a hotel. The owner was very friendly but only accepted cash payment, which was a bit of a hassle. The room itself was good to sleep in with proper a/c & blinds and a quiet neighborhood up on the hill. There was a mini fridge and water boiler in the room but no safe. Hand soap was available but no body wash.

2泊しました。立地は、遠いですが部屋は広く清潔でとてもよかったです。洗濯機を故障させてしまいましたが、とても丁寧に対応してくれました。おすすめします。
