Terrific location. Seems newly remodeled. Comfortable and clean. Great communication via text. They set up taxis for us to get there and to the airport. We were on the top floor so lots of steps but that was ok with us! Highly recommend!

Love the location. It is right in the old town, easy to walk around. However, because of that, it is not accessible by car. We have to walk from the gate carrying our suitcases. Also it does not have an elevator. The staff helped us to carry our suitcases up to 3rd floor. Even with these minor inconveniences, we loved our stay!

It’s a great location and really helpful and nice staff. It’s a historic building located right on the main plaza which is convenient for tourists and access to restaurants but it’s extremely noisy at night. Although they provide ear plugs it’s impossible to sleep. People party until 2am or later so if you’re going to party it’s fine, if you’re going to bed early it’s not ideal.

They picked us up at the airport and took us directly to Polce Gate where someone was waiting for us to take us to the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the location could not have been better. We were able to explore the old town and come back to the apartment easily throughout the day. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is an older, small apartment building, not a hotel, right in the center of the old town. The apartment is small, clean, minimally furnished with no amenities. The staff is very warm and helpful, but the unit is adequate at best. The big drawback is the noise, late into the night, due to its adjacency to the main street of Dubrovnik (the Stradun). I'm frankly unclear what justifies its 4 star rating and associated cost. I would recommend finding an alternative near the old town but not in it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the upgraded room was nice versus some of the other smaller rooms I saw. No shower, just a bathtub with no curtain in my room, but lots of towels were provided. Bedding was nice and a/c worked very well. The property could not be better located and that comes with lots of noise and church bells. I would stay again

Beautiful property. It was in the heart of the city walls and we arrived late in the evening since our flight was delayed. When we arrived the city was packed with people just enjoying themselves and dining. It was really impressive to see the liveliness. The hotel staff was super helpful with me as they communicated about the Taxi and what is allowed for entrance to the property. They assisted with the Taxi booking and rescheduling and just all of my request. I was pleased that I chose this property because it was convenient to be in the heart of the city as we did not have to take taxis to move around. The only taxi we took was the excursion we had planned for the waterfall in Bosnia and well to and from the airport. But other than that we walked around and toured the city and did a lot of shopping. Dubrovnik is truly an amazing city and I loved the architecture and landscape. Truly amazing!
