Property was in a good, convenient position for exploring Dubrovnik on the 1a and 1b bus routes (5 mins walk from property). I had contacted the property to check on check in times before arriving but they did not contact me despite hotels.com also contacting them and they advised they would. Fortunately the host was there when we turned up but this was a little disconcerting beforehand. The room had air conditioning and was clean on arrival. For a 4 night stay though I would have expected the kitchen bin to be emptied for us and the towels changed. We were asked on our second day but not after then. There was not adequate equipment in the kitchen to cook although we had 2 coffee machines ?!? For the price the propety was a good base for exploring Dubrovnik.

Struttura semplice, le camere pulite ma con odori non gradevoli all'ingresso dovuti alla presenza di animali.,il primo giorno d'arrivo non abbiamo ricevuto una buona accoglienza, addirittura il frigo presente in camera era vuoto, senza bevande e chiedendo qualcosa da bere, abbiamo avuto risposte come : L'acqua del rubinetto potabile e poi invitava di andare al supermercato, ma dato l'arrivo di sera tardi i market erano chiusi.

구도심에서 1A/1B 버스로 15분 정도 거리로 조용한 주택가에 있음. 주인은 상주하지 않고, 큰 개 두 마리가 지키는데, 온순하고 훈련이 잘 되어있음. 샤워부스의 물이 잘 안빠지고, 세제가 제대로 구비되어 있지 않았음. 전기포트가 있어 물을 끓여 먹을 수 있음.

A quiet place to stay
Not a very warm welcome but in the end we were offered information about how to get the bus into the town which was a fair distance away. The room was clean if too small for two twin beds to be seperated. Two big but adorable dogs on the premises. A nice courtyard to relax in outside.

Unable to check in, no apologies from owners
Was never able to get in touch with owners to check in. Never answered phone. No help at all, and not offered a refund. Absolutely terrible. Had to book a last minute air bnb.

A pleasant and quiet location
I like that the 1A and 1B buses were nearby so I could leave my car at the hotel, not drive and not pay outrageous parking fees near old town Dubrovnik. In fact the last stop of the bus is right at the entrance to old town. Pleasant and hepful staff person was there when I checked in but I never saw anyone around in the morning.

The Villa was perfect, the host was very accomadating and location perfect. I was always satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the overall experience! It was nice to sit on the waters edge with a good book and cold bevie!

Local tranquilo, de fácil acesso ao centro velho.
Ficamos quatro noites hospedados em local muito aprazível e tranquilo. A dona da villa foi um diferencial. Fluente em inglês, ainda fala um pouco de italiano. Recebeu-nos de modo muito especial. As instalações são boas, muito limpas, com ar condicionado, fogão de indução, geladeira e utensílios de cozinha. Estacionamento amplo em terreno à frente do prédio. Em cerca de 20 minutos vai-se ao centro velho de Dubrovnik utilizando ônibus das linhas 1A e 1B, que passam muito próximos (ponto Rozat) e têm ponto final na entrada da cidade velha. A passagem pode ser comprada com o motorista e custa 15 kunas. No ponto final e em alguns quiosques da cidade situados em pontos de parada custam 12 kunas. Fácil acesso de carro e nos citados ônibus ao ferry de ligação com Bari. A villa fica à margem de uma marina, com pouquíssima circulação de carros. Fácil localização por GPS. Pequenas compras em mercadinhos do centro velho.

Had a good stay here. Jasna gave us a friendly and warm welcome, along with her 2 big dogs (intimidating by looks but very friendly). Not much to do around here but the bus stop is a 5 minute walk away and old town via bus is about 30 minutes away (definitely get a 24h bus ticket when you arrive). Room and bathroom were decent and clean. AC was good and wifi was decent. Would recommend for budget travelers

Hard to fault
The accommodation is basic, but considering how hot the area is in July/August, having fully functioning aircon is not to be taken for granted. Expensive hotels can fail at this critical hurdle - Konalik Apartments shine through. The studios have cooking facilities, the apartments don’t (fridges only), so be careful which you book unless you’re planning to eat out every meal. The rooms are kept spotless, the beds are very comfortable and the hostess is exceedingly kind and helpful with all necessary advice. Staying here you’ll need a car to get around, but use the bus to go into Dubrovnik old town - they’re frequent, and at 12-15HRK one way much less expensive than city car parks which steal in excess of 200 HRK for 3 hours. It’s also a great base for getting north or south up the Riviera. The water is clear, but a little murkier in the marina where the marina is situated (fresh river water mixing with salt, is all). Our favourite beaches were at Cavtat and Zaton Veliki, 10km up and down the coast: both offer cheap or free parking, plenty to see and do, kayak/jet ski hire etc, and plenty of places to eat. Overall - there are plenty of flashier hotels around, but for location and function, this is hard to fault.

Keine 3*** sondern 1*. Kein Balkon vorhanden wie beschrieben, nur Wohnungen haben einen. Matratze ist durchgebraucht. Wasserwärmer vorhanden aber keine Tassen stehen zur Verfügung nur ein Glas. Dusche undicht, Lavabo verstopft. Da kein Balkon, dafür darf die Terasse vor dem Haus genutzt werden, welche aber gar nicht zum verweilen einläd, ist nur trostlos. Wer Hunde mag ist hier richtig. Die Besitzer haben zwei liebe, grosse Hunde die auf der Terasse hausen. Leider verfügten die Besitzer über kein Info-Material jeglicher Art.
