The owner Romana was fabulous...my flight was delayed so she stayed late to check me in. That's great service. The property was well maintained and very clean. No elevator, but that is to be expected in older buildings like this. I would definitely stay here again.

We arranged with the hotel for an airport pickup - we were met on time and taken right to the Pile Gate and then escorted the short distance to the hotel. We were met by the owner who provided a city map, info about the area and restaurant suggestions (that were all excellent). The room was small but had all the necessities and it was clean. The location was awesome.

Romana, the hostess, makes you feel at home and goes above the call of duty to make your stay in Dubrovnik wonderful. The sobe is small but very comfortable and nicely decorated with a stone wall and wooden beam ceiling in the room. The shower has excellent power and the bed is comfortable. As indicated earlier, in the event you need anything Romana is JOHNNY ON THE SPOT. I would definitely stay at Villa siguratta again.

Ramona (one of the owners and key staff person) was wonderful. Very helpful and cheerful. Overall, the small guest house was lovely. However, the rooms (at least mine) were quite small. Fine for a night or two, but I'd get a larger space if I was going to be in town longer, particularly since there is no lobby or place to be outside the rooms. The other thing to be aware of is they only take cash, and it's required at the beginning of the visit. I'm sure that info was included somewhere in the reservation, but I was surprised when I checked in.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town! Our host, Romana, greeted us upon arrival and was very communicative and extremely helpful, assisting us with lots of great suggestions for things to do and places to eat, and helping us figure out how to get to the airport by bus. Despite being inside the Old Town city walls, it was very quiet at night and the location was highly convenient for bathroom stops and clothing changes between activities. The room was small, but very well equipped with everything we needed, including clotheslines outside the windows for hanging hand-washed clothes. The a/c was blissful, as it was unseasonably hot during our stay. It is an easy walk to just about anywhere in the Old Town, and we enjoyed many amazing meals—try Dolce Vita for delicious gelato and crêpes, Buzz Bar for a relaxed, casual drink, Mlinar bakery for an incredible selection of different burek, and Local for a one-of-a-kind Croatian culinary experience. We loved Dubrovnik and will be back! And we’ll stay at Villa Sigurata II again without hesitation.

I genuinely cannot say enough incredible things about my stay, it was a perfect 10/10 from start to finish! What truly made the experience unforgettable was Romana. She was beyond phenomenal. So kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the best possible time. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, welcomed, and completely at home. Her recommendations for places to explore and eat in Dubrovnik were spot on and truly elevated my entire trip. She didn’t just host, she cared, and it showed in every interaction. Thanks to her, my stay was exceptional and honestly one of the highlights of my travels. The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Town, making everything easily accessible and perfect for exploring! Do yourself a favour and book her place, you will not regret it.
