「Home was fine. Had a pipe burst less than 40 hours before we arrived... Carpets were a bit wet and there was a musty, mildew smell. Host was very communicative and up-front about the issue... offered to fully refund, but we were too close to our trip to make different arrangements. I would still recommend this home. Should be totally fine once the host has an opportunity to clean it fully.」

「This was the second time staying at Hope Acres. I loved it the first time. The second time was not so smooth. There was a red fire alert and we were not notified. We were not able to use the bbq or the fire pit. I felt like the host should have let us know in advance. Also I tried to call the host because I was not notified of the specific camp grounds and I never received a call back. The garbage’s were full and the outhouse we were supposed to use was also gross and full. 」

「The mini home was spotless and I liked that they have contactless check in. There was no need to stop at the office I had everything that I needed in the email that they sent me. They even text me to be sure I had all the information that I needed. 」
