“This was the perfect place for us to stay after our long days hiking. The horses and cows were so much fun to see and we loved the outdoor seating area!”

“We really enjoyed this somewhat quirky unit. It's on the ground floor adjacent to a bike rental and faces a parking lot shared with a restaurant on the main strip. Initially I thought it was strange, but I liked being on the main strip and walkable to groceries, restaurants and ice cream. Inside the unit is cheery and modern. The layout worked well for our group of 5. Access was easy and the AC and wi-fi worked well.”

“Fantastic location. Unbelievable night sky. Well stocked kitchen. The ranch animals were an added bonus. The floor however could have been kept cleaner.The next cabin tenant parked right in front of our unit, and totally blocked our window. Assigned parking can keep some such people in front of their own units.But overall, great stay.”

“We were a short easy drive from Zion National Park. The property was not big but was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Communication with our host was excellent and she was concerned with our satisfaction with the apartment. We would recommend the property for the combination of value and proximity to the national park.”

“We have been coming to Cedar City for 30 years and have stayed in a lot of rentals. This place is clean and the owners have tried hard to make and keep it nice. This is an excellent location close to city center and only 2-3 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival. The neighborhood is a little older but quiet and convenient. The only criticism is that the AC unit is noisy and does not have a thermostat. Otherwise it is one of our favorites. ”

“Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. ”
