The house is steps from the community center with an indoor/outdoor pool, playground and tennis courts. It's an easy walk to the private beach access and outdoor pool. There was plenty of room for all of us. We had 5 adults and 4 kids ranging from ages 6-13. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need.
