“Convenient location to Dudley Centre”

“The property is a little run down but clean. It is very conveniently located for Dudley town centre and all attractions and amenities. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and as this turned out to be a stay during a heat wave it was a little uncomfortable and difficult to get to sleep. It's also a little noisy due to the main road, especially with the windows open. There is no check in process other than registering your car for free parking, which is done via a tablet on arrival, so……

“We liked the fact that there was a pool table in the apartment and 2 double beds in the one room. We didn’t like the fact that there were no coat hangers, no hooks in bathroom to hang a towel, no extra bin liners or couldn’t open a window or a fan”

“Chose this property as it wasn’t far from the motorway to split up a long journey. Was absolutely fine for what we needed it for, with food outlets nearby to grab something to eat for dinner and for breakfast the next morning. Was the first time I have experienced a faceless stay, but it worked fine. Parking was full and being used by work vans, so just had to park on the street nearby.”

“Main front door doesn't shut, there was a bed missing. And the only parking space was taken up by a van that looked like it had been there for years”

“I have book twin beds rooms for 5 nights but finally they can only offer me double bed rooms. After very long arguing with the front desk staff. They finally can offer me one twin beds room with TV. I am so mad about it”

“Upon arrival, we were informed the pool is faulty and can’t be accessed. The carpet on the hallways was extremely dirty. The room has very poor lighting. The bathroom had only a shower so it’s not convenient if you don’t want to wet your hair. There was dirty plates and rubbish left infront of most rooms for hours. Also, for breakfast, I would rate it 5/10. The buffet was stored in rusted heavy bowls and lids you will have to lift up. Also there was no hot chocolate just coffee and tea bags.……
