While "tourist information" is normally readily available as we stayed during the new year and the supplied information was 2017 I would book again which is in my view the "gold standard " Mike was very helpful throughout our stay”

“Welcoming property, warm and attractive fittings. Comfortable beds and lots of room for visitors. Only drawback we found was the upstairs bathroom. For senior citizens, climbing into a free standing bath and by juggling having a shower with a loose hand hose was difficult. Friendly owners helped make the break enjoyable,”

“Great location, though a bit confusing to find the last mile or two (very rural and no signs), and not clear where to park because cabin is behind two closed gates on heavily forested roads. The cabin was very nice and we slept well. Gorgeous spot and convenient to ride the Snowden train. We would stay there again.”

“Cottage is small but warm, plenty of outdoor space in the garden to let the dog out. Great base to explore the island, there are two pubs and a chippy as well as a cafe all within walking distance. The bathroom is spacious and well thought out in terms of the space available. TV is a smart TV so has Netflix etc… parking is on street parking but that was fine as there’s plenty of space on the pavement opposite.”
