「Walkersons is a great getaway to the scenic countryside. Gorgeous views, relaxing and very serene. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the food at the restaurant is delicious. Make sure to try the Walforf salad. The unit we stayed in (Gretel), was clean and cozy, but has aged over time and needs a modern upgrade.」

「Enjoyed the room and areas around it」

「To say that the hotel 'misrepresents' itself with its room photos would be an understatement. The rooms are dated and poorly maintained. They provide exactly nothing for their guests - no shampoo, shower gel or soap. There is no "tea and coffee making facilities", as advertised. This is, in itself, a shock for a property that claims to be 4*. This, however, is nothing compared to the aggressive, even menacing communications that are constantly received from the hotel (via the Expedia messaging...

「Perfect location and very intimate which is one of the reasons we will be going back to this property. Still a lot to explore in Dullies」

「Room was superb and staff best ever i have encountered and i have travelled the world」

「Propre, lumineux, vaste et confortable. Sécuritaire. Près de bons restos. Je recommande!」

「The biggest problem was that they had no record of our reservation which was confirmed and paid for through Expedia 10 days earlier. I did try to confirm with them 4 days prior to arrival as my wife and daughter have not received any instructions regarding check in. No response! It took me 2 hours to try and sort this out - I am in Canada and was texted by my wife at 3:30 am my time. Once this big problem was sorted out , my family was very impressed. BETTER COMMUNICATION WOULD BE WONDERFUL!! 」

「Very comfy and clean, I strongly recommend.」

「We had a fantastic stay, host was super friendly and helpful, on call, cottages was newly furnished, had all the basics, limited Wifi, but enough for emails and Watsapps, could watch rugby at the restaurant, meals there upon request, emergency lighting around the premises during load shedding but not in the unit so take your torches, breath taking walks and river views, enough stunning swimming spots along the multiple pristine river crossings along the way for the hot summer day walks in the...

「2 weeks prior to our arrival, we sent a message, and have still not had a reply. At arrival, the host did not know we were coming and had no info about our booking. Luckily she did a good job on preparing our house quickly. Kitchen supply was very old, frying pan useless and no toaster. 」

「It has privacy and everything is top class in the room, I have no complaints surely I’ll come back again 」
