Inside the microwave hadn't been cleaned. The drain in the tub should be replaced. Too scared to take a shower or a bath.

We were there for 4 days/three nights. The information online said that breakfast was included. The first morning my husband and our grandson went down to eat before going to the pool. There was no milk for cereal, no scrambled eggs, no breakfast meats, no fruit. There were hard boiled eggs and waffles as well as apple and orange juice. We ended up having to go out for breakfast everyday. On our last day as we were packing our vehicle, I took the ice bucket from our room so that I could add ice to the small drink cooler we had. I got the ice from the machine near the lobby and continued out to the parking lot with the luggage cart and my grandson to load our vehicle, before checking out. As we left the building the young woman, who had been behind the reception desk, asked "You are bringing that ice bucket back, aren't you?. My 4 year old grandson looked at me and asked, Grandma, does that lady think we are going to steal the bucket? Needless to say, we will NEVER stay at this property again and we will make sure we advise friends, family and anyone who mentions going to Duluth, to avoid the property at all costs. We love Wyndham properties and if at all possible stay only at Wyndham properties. This property is an embarrassment to the Wyndham name and standards.

I appreciated the friendly and accommodating atmosphere. My only concern was that the designated dog area was covered in rocks instead of grass. However, overall, it was a pleasant experience for the price.

Front desk was rude checking in, eating while checking me in. Talking with a mouth full of food. Keys didn’t work so I went back to the desk and it was an inconvenience for the lady to activate the keys. When entered the room it smelled of cigarettes badly!! Used toilet paper in the microwave, was not vacuumed, shower had gunk and hair stuck to the walls, poop around the toilets, mud splattered on the ways. Only two lights worked. Switched us rooms and the next room was just as bad. Dead bugs in the drawers, sheets were covered in hair and crumbs.

This was a below average stay. If you're expecting a fancy motel it's not this one. Dark, dingy and lack luster. Stayed the evening as I needed it but very underwhelmed. For average room rates, I would stay at a better place and spend the extra 30 dollars.

I liked the fair pricing. Our room was decent but there were a few things that could be improved. The door to the bathroom didn't latch completely closed. Some of the furniture seemed worn. It was a bit odd that when we looked out our window we saw the window on the other side of the building - so we kept the drapes closed. We liked the free breakfast. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Our toilet was leaking and there was rust in the bathroom. All the three pillows were flat and the air didnt work the best which made the sleeping not the greatest. When we checked out, they were on the computer talking to another guest, so they didn't ask us how our stay went or thanked us for staying there.

I found live bedbugs in my room, which was absolutely filthy. The hotel refused to refund me. I had to treat my belongings for bedbugs for weeks. Expedia would not refund my money either and I ended up going through my credit card company. Bedbugs. Stains everywhere, horribly dirty. Do not stay here.
