Evening relaxing

The apartment was great. It had great space and room to relax after being gone all day. It had a lovely porch thst would have been nice to use but the location was in a shopping area with some homeless wandering around. Didnt feel safe for casual sitting outside.

Our stay

We communicated with someone from, not sure if it was in this country because I couldn’t understand the two agents I talked with at different times. The house was clean, but they did not dust. When I set my things on them they got dusty. Over all everything Was great. The bed was comfortable and slept well.

Week stay in Duluth

This was a nice rental. It was clean, nicely furnished, nice location to the lakewalk and downtown. It was well stocked with kitchen needs and with towels, etc. The bed was comfortable. The downside was the street noise. It did calm down at night. We had one neighbor that arrived after 11pm that was quite loud and continued to be for a few hours. It appeared he had no concept that he was living with others.

UMD parents

We went up to visit our daughter at UMD. This apartment worked so well for us. Charming. Great location. Very clean. Comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Reserved parking available. The only minor negative was that we were in unit 1 so the windows looked to the front porch. Anyone sitting on the porch or coming into the building could see in our unit if we left shades open. But this was definitely not a deal breaker. Would stay here again.

Great space close to downtown!

Went up to Duluth for a concert with my brother, sister-in-law, and wife. Amenities near the room are great, with a super-one foods, cvs, and walgreens right near. The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of cookware ready for use. The only constructive feedback I could give is that if you use the pull out sofa as a secind bed, the lights from the deck shine into the living room brightly, even with the shades closed. It can make it difficult to sleep at night with that much light entering the room at night. 4.5/5 stars overall. I would recommend to anyone and everyone! :)

Inadequate heating when the temp hit -20. Called the office in the morning and they brought a portable heater.
