Perfect forest getaway!

We loved our time at the Skogvei dome - it was a perfect way to end our anniversary trip. Sheila was a fantastic host. Everything was clean and in working order. We a beautiful time on the lake - we canoed the entire perimeter and saw a lot of wildlife. My favorite was the wood fired sauna - pure heaven. Highly recommend if you are looking to relax in the woods! Thank you so much!

Magical!

An absolutely enchanting experience to be nestled in the woods for a cozy geodesic dome stay! We had everything we needed for a long weekend in nature. Shelia and Darrin were excellent hosts. We sauna'd, swam in the lake, paddle boarded, sipped coffee by the fire. We even were treated to Shelia's delicious cherry hand pies on our last morning. What a gift to get away, unplug, take in the gorgeous trees, wake to loon and other bird calls. Magical!

Amazing Stay in the Dome!

My wife and I had an absolutely incredible time during our stay at the Geodesic Dome! As nature lovers who value privacy, we found the secluded spot in the woods to be perfect. The setting allowed us to enjoy some beautiful bonfires and make great use of the outdoor grill, which added to the experience. Although we ran out of time to visit the sauna or boathouse, if they’re anything like the dome and as shown in the pictures, I’m sure they’re just as beautiful and well-maintained. The property manager was extremely nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique getaway!
