The Willard Munger Inn
Clean and well-kept. All furniture and equipment in room was up-to-date and good. A very comfortable place. One minor frustration was that our room had a very low shower head, but that may be a quirk of that particular room's space.

Lift Bridge Lodge, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Room was really nice, clean, updated, and comfortable bed. Location was great to be within walking distance to the lift bridge and local shops. Would stay here again!

The Suites Hotel at Waterfront Plaza
Not sure why, the last few times we’ve stayed here the pool has been out for days out of the trip. Sauna is missing pieces. Communication to guests about amenities is not followed through upon when stated. It’s clear some staff don’t care. And it’s clear some staff are truly trying. Also, what happened ...
