不滿：設施服務
The staff were great. So courteous from the entrance door until the restaurant crew. Breakfast was served good with style options. Our only complaint was the TV should be upgraded to a cheaper versions of smart TVs. The one in our room is old and stuck on a choppy one channel. Can’t change the channel no matter how you try. Plus also their shower water heater. You’re already done showering but didn’t even felt it warming up. I hope that they address these issues.

If your visiting Dumaguete, I fully recommend you stay here. The staff is very friendly, always making sure your room is good everyday. The restaurant in the hotel has amazing selection of food and very delicious. You can also order it to your room if you prefer. The room was very clean, The Aircon kept the room cool when its hot. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, this hotel does an amazing job making sure your stay is a pleasant one. If I visit Dumaguete again, I will defiantly be staying here again.
