Glebe Street Flat Dumfries

This is a contemporary one-bedroom flat situated on the first floor in the serene holiday town of Dumfries, which has several golf courses. The flat features a modern fitted kitchen and bathroom, complete with all the necessary amenities. It is conveniently located near various amenities such as a supermarket, fuel station, and food shops. Furthermore, there is a walking, running, and cycling park adjacent to the river, which is just 100 meters away from the flat.
The space
This apartment boasts a spacious and well-lit interior, with high ceilings in every room, including the kitchen. It can comfortably house up to four guests while still providing ample space. The property also offers high-speed Sky fibre-optic broadband and Sky TV services. The kitchen is the centrepiece of the apartment, equipped with a gas stove and ovens. It is both functional and tidy. The kitchen gives a lovely view of the open garden and street.

Guest access
The apartment at 114 Glebe Street has two key safe boxes. One is located at the entrance and the other is on the first floor for the flat. Both key safe boxes can be opened using the same code. Before your arrival, you will be provided with the code to access the key safe boxes. The code will be given to you before the check-in time of 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.

We only give the entire flat to one booking at a time so that each guest, family or individual has the entire flat to be used as family home.

Other things to note
Parking : The flat provides on-street parking, while Brooms Road car park, which is approximately 250 meters away, offers free parking for additional vehicles.

This property is close to town centre and has plenty on street parking close to the flat. Text with code and asking us to contact if any issues. Self entry was easy enough - there are stairs up to flat incase anyone has mobility issues. The flat was suitable enough for a couple to stay in - living room with TV ( took us a wee while to operate), kitchen with fridge, microwave, etc. bedroom with double and single bed. Shower was good. Area was quiet when we were there although local said it can be noisy when school is in. Overall the property was clean however a few missed bits - sky box was very dusty, some cups were dirty and fridge could do with an extra clean inside and out but didn’t spoil stay. If you needing a no frills space to stay this would fit the bill.
