“Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. Previous guests left vaping paraphernalia and tape covering smoke detectors. Some were not reachable, and……

“The property was everything we expected and as shown on pictures, very clean, plenty of room to relax and stretch. There were plenty of games to play: miniature pool/fooseball/ping pong table; as well as video games. Great location if you're looking to stay for graduation.”

“Place was perfect. Very clean. Really large. Super convenient location. Staying here made our son’s graduation special because we could relax and be comfortable in this awesome place. Host was absolutely lovely and respectful. We will definitely be back when visiting Quantico. A peaceful hidden gem for sure!!!!”

Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience.”
