As usual when I come to Duncan and stay here - awesome! We were very comfortable and had room for family and friends to come and visit The price is great and the response to any issue is very quick. We love staying here!

The property was nice and spacious. However there was a hot tub listed in the description and there is not one. The bathroom has a tub and you can put hot water in it but it wasn't a spa tub.

We have stayed their 3 years in a row and absolutely Love it. Place was perfect and located next to the golf course where we were playing in the Memorial Day Golf tournament. I recommend to all!

Duncan, Ok. 12th Green.

Great place, lots of space and comfortable outdoor areas. We had a toddler along and the kids play things were a nice touch. Owner responded quickly to questions and very helpful. Only reason for a 4 instead of 5 is the description of three bedrooms. The third bedroom is a converted den with open area for dining and kitchen. It would be uncomfortable for a third bedroom as there is no door and it is more a common living area with a bed. Overall good impression and would recommend to anyone that needs this type of lodging.

Winter getaway for family of seven

My wife and I have five boys (ages 1-8) and this was a great place to get a month away from the Dakota winter! We did have to do some initial child-proofing (hiding cords, adjusting window blinds, locking backyard gates, etc.) but that's to be expected at any place when you have kids our age. A couple of issues did come up during our stay but Daniel was on top of it and took care of them right away! It's a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic since it's at the far end of a dead end street. Neighbors were very friendly!
