Room was clean. I stayed at many 4 and 5 star places and never received a call after check in to see if everything in room was fine. Staff friendly. And it was quiet. Even though there was a power outage early morning and room fot chilled. It was handled well.

We visited at the end of January and it was pretty cold. We let them know and they brought us blankets and let us know it was ok to turn up the thermostat. They also agreed to let us checkout an hr later when a family member that was coming to pick one of us up got delayed due to snow.

The house was fully supplied, more kitchen tools then we have seen in other nightly rentals. Although we were there for a quick family trip in the winter...we enjoyed what we could.
