Wonderful stay. Was greeted warmly and got showed to the room by Chris who was lovely. Room was spacious and beds so nice and firm. Had a great overnight stay and almost tempted to book another due to not wanting to wake up the next morning!

We stayed here while my toddler was having surgery at Mercy Hospital. What I thought I booked on Expedia was the spa bath unit. I emailed reception double checking before we came and so glad we did what we actually booked was 1 bed with only a shower where we needed the 2 beds and really wanted the spa bath unit as a surprise for my daughter. Staff booked us in the right room no issues and gave it to us same price. Staff were absolutely lovely. Will definitely come back to stay here again my daughter didn’t want to leave the motel she loved it ❤️

Location was good and staff pleasant but property run down. Multiple lights not working, TV in bedroom not working. I stayed for 4 nights and room not serviced in that time. The room did have air conditioning which is unusual in Dunedin properties

The motel itself is very nice and the lady at the front desk was very lovely and her english was very clear i enjoyed my laugh with her, the male manager i found to be slightly rude with the communication barrier, i feel if you have staff smoking on property they should have a designated place i didnt enjoy having a cigarette being smoked right in the middle of the carpark.
Only problems we had was the barking dog right next to our room that went off random times at night and the walls are very thin so i could hear next doors tv untill 11pm
