「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

Superb communication with management regarding remote check in, check out, etc. The attached bar offers good food and drinks, and there are also many quirky and tasty places of all kinds within a 5 minute walk left or right. The location is closer to the Uni quarter than downtown, but both are within walkable range. I will definitely stay here again. l 」

「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」
