Welcome to Cave Springs, a mid-century modern resort in Dunsmuir, California. We look forward to hosting you in the Eucalyptus Airstream.

Our resort is an ideal basecamp for exploring the dynamic beauty of Northern California: nestled along the Sacramento River in premiere fly fishing territory, minutes away from countless waterfalls and hiking, and a 10 minute drive from stunning Mt. Shasta.

Choose your adventure. We’ll take care of the rest. Our resort is designed with comfort and beauty in mind, and it’s this intentional atmosphere that will make your stay one to remember. Whatever brings you our way, we look forward to hosting you and yours.

Cave Springs Resort is conveniently located just off of the I-5. While this provides quick and easy access to the freeway for guests, it also means some freeway noise may be heard from this unit. If you are sensitive to road noise, we recommend booking a cabin closer to the river. You can view our property map on our website to help you make this decision.

Bring ear plugs

The check in process and interior of the trailer were fine. The staff were polite and professional. The poor review is because the trailer is a stones throw away from a main city road and highway route 5. The constant noise and pollution from big rigs made it impossible to sit outside. We couldn't hear each other talk. And of course sleeping was out of the question. I repeat, constant noise from trucks. I booked the trailer thinking I was going to be close to nature when actually I ended up in a concrete parking lot surrounded by heavy traffic. This, of course, was not apparent from the VRBO posting. Good thing we were only there for one night.
