「Nice bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was fine and attendant was very nice and welcoming. Check in and check out attendants were nice and welcoming. TV was good. The only reason I didn't have 5 Stars for everything is because tub didn't drain and I notified front desk in the morning. It was not fixed and water was still in the tub my 2nd morning. Also, I expected the room to be cleaned, bedroom refreshed and old towels picked up and new towels provided. I refuse to get in...

「The morning breakfast host (Justin) was exceptionally personable. He made the start of our day up lifting. He ensured there was always hot fresh coffee and the trays were well supplied.
On the down side the elevator was out of service and told to us it would be out for a month. So I had to carry our luggage up the stairwell to our room. The only things I would suggest to make it better would be to add remote control blinds that come down from the ceiling in the main living space to help allow the option of privacy from passers by on the street and to invest in a good quality water softener...
