「House was clean, well equipped and a great location!」

「If the back yard would have been clean and the back screen and door fit it would have been nice to have that back yard. The extra blanket was filthy If the bathroom and laundry room was finished off looks to be still under construction. Both were scary. What about that drive way? VERY DANGERIOUS Parking very dangerious. Should not be used in the winter time. Bed was comfortable but not a queen a double to small. The kitchen was cute and very nice. The cleaner didn't reach above her head...

「Cute house, convenient to downtown Durango. For a 2 bedroom house, the kitchen could use a few more dishes.」

「The space is cozy and the location is beautiful」

「Very nice house, well equipped, and user friendly. Host know how guests needs.」

「Great spot for family stop. Beautiful location, fun extras.」

「Property was cute. Needs a deep clean. Animal hair, corners and ceiling other than that the place was great. I would give 4.7 stars if allowed.」

「Our family enjoyed this cozy cabin! It was the perfect summer escape from the desert heat. The master bed was very comfortable, and our kids had a great time feeding the fish and using the small kayak on the pond. The hosts provided a surplus of towels for us to use during our stay. The cabin is conveniently located just minutes from the General Store and close to the lake and nearby streams. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus! A few things to know before your stay: there isn’t a microwave or ice...

「Very cute house with plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the main road into town. And it’s a nice morning walk for some great local coffee and fantastic pastries.」

「Awesome property! Fantastic for families with children. Ours loved the scavenger hunt and the books, toys, and games. And thank you for the lovely gift basket and snacks! We would definitely stay here again 3」

「Beautiful home and location. Host is very informative and quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Beautiful property! The basement area is undersold with not enough pics. Such a great spot for older kids to have their own space. The portable ac unit was much appreciated in the primary bedroom! So many deer and wild turkey. Great spot with a beautiful drive to Durango or Bayfield. Great communication when small questions arose. Thank you!」
