As you enter this one-bedroom apartment in Morningside, an affluent
suburb of Durban, you will be welcomed by the modern, minimalist design
of the property.
The fully equipped kitchen with light cabinets and countertops creates
a clean and contemporary feel with open shelving adding a stylish
touch. The compact layout maximises efficiency, and small stools
provide an intimate seating area.
The inviting lounge area blends modern design with a touch of vibrancy.
A bold, colourful accent wall adds character to the room featuring a
comfortable built-in daybed with accent cushions that offer a cosy spot
to relax. The lounge is fitted with light wood furniture which includes
a TV stand and a coffee table, with a wall-mounted flatscreen
television and internet access to keep the space entertainment-ready.
A large sliding door leads to the balcony boasting lush green views,
allowing natural light to flood the space and creating an airy, open
feel. Outside, the balcony boasts a quaint outdoor dining set with
seating for two, the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks.
Guests will enjoy secure parking within the remote-control access
complex, with a communal outdoor pool as well linen, and towels
included in your stay.
The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and exudes a modern yet cosy
feel with its minimalist design and warm accents. The rope-hung wooden
shelves are a unique design element, adding a subtle rustic charm. A
large wall mirror enhances the sense of space and reflects light,
making the room feel more open. The bedroom is equipped with air
conditioning, and a sleek built-in wardrobe, ideal for a restful
retreat for two. The modern, shared bathroom is equipped with a toilet,
a washbasin with a vanity and a shower.
The 2SIX2 Building is ideally situated near a variety of local
eateries, with a Starbucks just down the road. Explore the nearby
Mitchell Park Zoo, take a stroll through Jameson Park or enjoy a trip
to the famous Durban Beach Promenade, providing quick access to the
coastline. This stunning property and nearby attractions will leave you
wanting to return time and time again.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 262 Florida Road, Morningside, Durban.
