The master bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed and includes access to a shared bathroom with a soothing bathtub. Guests will love the private balcony in this loft-style space, which overlooks the dining area. Connected via a passageway, the second bedroom is beautifully decorated with elegant wallpaper and also offers a queen bed, along with its own private balcony. This room shares access to the same well-appointed bathroom, which includes a rejuvenating shower. This holiday apartment is 10 minutes away from uShaka Marine World, where travellers can enjoy the fifth largest aquarium in the world. Durban's seafront, known as the Golden Mile, stretches for four kilometres providing the perfect place to relax and sunbathe. The Mile boasts a wide promenade, ideal for walking, cycling or jogging, and there are also plenty of restaurants and bars for refreshments or a bite to eat when the sun starts to set.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
