“Lovely place, right near the beach and they have a pool. The pool costs about 8euros a day, which wasn't stated at booking. It wasn't easy to get taxis to local areas, you had to book about an hour ahead, and they wanted longer rides, like into Durrës or Tirana. However you could pop to the hotel next door to see if they had one waiting. ”

We lacked nothing, everything was provided to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. “We hoped for a longer term stay, but the kitchen wasn’t equipped for that. If you plan on eating out, it won’t be a problem. For us the beds were very uncomfortable, and the location is very noisy. If you like being in the center of the tourist strip, with noise until the wee hours, this is great. But for a family with young children who wanted to sleep, we had to go find another hotel. The host family is wonderful and very accommodating though.”
