My husband’s family all met at the Langham vineyard (jut 8 minute’s drive up the road from the accommodation) to celebrate his 50th ; adults, kids, dog…we had a wonderful time and carried on the celebrations with an evening of chat in the comfortable lounge and some food in the spacious dining area before heading to bed (all 10 of us). “The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. “Do not book this modern apartment, we booked a three night stay and went home on the 2nd day as the apartment was filthy. We didn’t get there till late, my husband got in the shower and as the water hit the tiles dirt and debris fell onto the tray as the drain was blocked he ended up in dirty water. The net curtains were torn, getting into bed the sheets were stained and black hair was on the bed. Luckily we had a spare sheet in the car and put that on the bed to sleep on. “Room felt newly fitted. Everything was in great order. Pet friendly - allowed our small dog to wander outside within a small gated area (Astro turfed).”
