The property was clean and parking was safe. The room was too hot. We asked for an electric fan and there was non available and no other solution offered. We couldn't have the window open as the street was too noisy.

We werden 's nachts wakker, omdat het bed een harde knal gaf telkens als ik me omdraaide :-( De kussens zijn te zacht en geven helemaal geen steun. De aankleding van de kamer is al wat verouderd, maar zeker wel schoon. Al het personeel (receptie, schoonmaak en restaurant) is helemaal top. Ontbijt is heel goed verzorgd.

Zimmer ist ruhig wie der Hotel ausser wenn Leute zu Laut in Korridor vorbei laufen und sprechen. Badezimmer ist alt aber alles ist sauber und funktionniert gut. Bett ist breit und gemütlich, Früstuck ist Super sowie der Lage 5mn zu Fuss von Taxi, Bahnhof und AltStadt.

デュッセルドルフ中央駅からは徒歩で7分、重いトランクを転がしても十分歩ける距離。 アルトシュタットまでも少し距離はあるが歩ける範囲で便利。 ビジネスの部屋に泊まったがとても清潔だし、広かった。値段から見て十分にお得。

Aldrig har jeg oplevet så dårlig en modtagelse på et hotel før, og jeg bruger en del. Receptionisten, en ung pige var meget nedladende og rullede øjne af os hele tiden. Kunne høre at det ikke kun var os der fik en kold modtagelse. Det virkede ikke som om hotellet gad at have gæster, normalt ville jeg sige noget hvis jeg blev behandlet sådan, men jeg blev simpelthen så overrasket at jeg ikke sagde noget. Vi mødte ingen i receptionen, som gav os et indtryk af at de gerne ville være der. Desværre Selve hotellet er ganske ok, ikke noget top moderne, men brugbart. Morgenmaden var fin med et ok udvalg.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. No ac, but possible to open windows. Some noise from outside ac units on roofs. Bathroom lacked drain, so be careful when showering! Location close to main train station and within short walking distance of Japanese quarters. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke both German and English.

Just a good hotel just off city centre but close to central station and in walking distance to the shopping areas, old town and riverside with very clean rooms and friendly staff. Very extensive breakfast buffet.

Where and Why
Very good hotel. 8 minutes to HBF and 10 minutes to the K’O, if you know the right cut throughs. Very clean hotel. Spacious room. Great shower.

Locatie is wat minder midden in “China-town”, ook was het erg jammer dat omwille van de energie crisis de sauna alleen bruikbaar is na 17:00 als je bent eten. Ook kan de communicatie op de kamer verbeterd worden door een boek met informatie te plaatsen. Verder was alles in nette staat en erg schoon.
