The only redeeming quality of our stay were the staff, not including management who failed to reach out to us and seemingly were not present at the hotel during our entire stay. There were several issues brought up upon arrival. The room itself had peeling wallpaper, scuffed furniture, and the bedding did not feel clean. The television in the room did not function with most channels not working and no internet connection which meant we couldn't even connect our own devices to watch shows at night. The venue was hosting a wedding this weekend, and only informed us a few days before arrival, which meant we did not get to access any of the beautiful areas advertised on their site, including the indoor and outdoor dining areas and terraces. Finally on Sunday, the one day we might have been able to use any of the amenities that were advertised, staff called in sick so none were open or available. This meant for our entire stay we were essentially stuck in a small falling apart room with no apology except from the poor staff trying their best, while management did its best to avoid any conversation with us or expedia. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, there are far more accommodating options closer to the city.

I stsyed here from Monday 21st to friday 25th October, on arrival i found the two receptions very polite & efficient, i stayed in the separate put of their accommodation, the room was of decent enough size with plenty of towels & all the rooms were very clean , i suppose the ibe thing that coild be improved on, is that there was a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee etc all i had was two bottles of water , but no bottle opener , so i had to open them using y teeth ( do try this at home kids!!) , but other than that i was very satisfied with my stay. I had breakfast on 3 of the mornings & the hot food was plentiful & lots of variety of pastries, cereals & fruit juices , i stayed for work & would be happy to stay again.

Nicht die beste Wahl

Check In miserabel.
