In die Jahre gekommen ...
Es lag im ganzen Hotel ein parfümierter Geruch in der Nase, störte nicht nur mich, auch meinen Kollegen sehr. Keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett, alles wirkt etwas lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen. Service bemüht, aber wirkten etwas unterbesetzt, daher angestrengt, es dauerte alles sehr lange. Beim Frühstück lange Schlangen an der Kaffeemaschine, weil ständig eine ausfiel, nur kleine Tassen waren vorhanden. Preis-Leistung stimmt einfach nicht.

It was wonderful, Lawang and his colleagues were amazing the only issue with this hotel is that it's so beautiful but extremely boring at the bar area. The breakfast was amazing! Humberto and his colleagues served us very well. Please something need to be done about the bar area, i advice a happy hour or some sort of social network creativity

Wonderful access to restaurants and cafes downstairs so didn't need breakfast. The Haribo welcome service delighted the children and the adults! The room was a little dated and I would prefer a shower blind/curtain to shower in privacy when sharing the room. Coffee service in the room is great!

Gastvrije en goede accommodatie. Prima kamers met goede voorzieningen in uitstekende staat. Voortreffelijk ontbijt. Geen diner mogelijkheid, dat is niet erg, veel leuke restaurants in de buurt. In 20 minuten loop je langs de Rijn naar de stad. Als goldmember gratis parkeren in de garage onder het hotel: dat was super. Rustig hotel met voornamelijk zakenmensen. Aanrader.

Familienausflug nach Düsseldorf. Das Hotel bot alles was wir suchten. Super Lage zum Mongos Restaurant, gute Anbindung an den Bus zur Altstadt. Ausserdem konnten wir die Sauna nutzen und unser E-Auto in der Tiefgarage laden.

Ok room and breakfast, not so great bathroom
The room was overall good, which was to be expected since we paid for a superior room. However, it was just this side of Ok that I can't imagine what a regular room looks like. There were 2 major issues; The first being the bathroom: It was all modern and renovated with the shower having a clear glass pane that gives whomever is in the room a clear obligatory free show of the person taking a shower. There are no blinds to negate that option!!!! This might work for a couple but it is just plain awkward for other people. I had to keep telling my room mate to turn the other way as I was taking a shower, not a comfortable situation at all. The second issue: Is the chandelier (which I suppose is there as a tribute to being a superior room): If you are going to put a chandelier then put it over the fixed table where it can't cause any harm, not over the chair !!! Whenever you stand up your head hits the chandelier. Why put a chandelier in this place and with such a low ceiling is a mystery to me. The Breakfast was OK, not a lot of variety as the pre-COVID era, but acceptable. The hotel is within walking distance of 3 cafes if you don't want to pay for their breakfast. LOCATION: The hotel is at 2 small streets from the harbor. It is a 20 minute walk to the city center which is a lot. However we got the Dusseldorf card which means you can just walk 2 minutes and ride the rest of the way. The excellent transport system makes the hotel location acceptable.
