Excelleng stay, just one night but when my flight was canceled, the team were very accommodating and provided late check out. Food was very good at dinner and breakfast. Will return again as it is convenient for airport

My Happinezz -

It is a great quiet hotel near the airport. Easy check in and check out including free parking. With a taxi/uber for around 20eu in city center, or rent a bike. The standard room has a lot of space, is pretty quiet with good solid beds and dark curtains. The bathroom with a separate bath is also spacious. Only the big shower head needs a clean, because now everything will become wet due to the water. Other point of attention is stock in brasserie/restaurant/lobby. A lot of things were ‘sold out’, like nuts, chips, or ice tea green. Really don’t understand how this can be not refilled with long dates on these kind of products.

I was stayed that hotel more than 10 times it was my favourite destination at düsseldorf however I was dissapointment last two vacation. The front desk personel is too competent if I couldnt insist I couldnt make our check in and we stayed out the door at 11.30pm. Aditional that the new decoration is unfunctional that the big room getting small. Thirdly the cleaning is terrible

Ein tolles Hotel, das Zimmer und die Ausstattung der absolute Wahnsinn. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr hochwertig. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte freundlicher und offener sein. Hier hat man eher das Gefühl, der Gast ist ein notwendiges Übel und die Mitarbeiter dort wirken nicht, als hätten sie nur annähernd Spaß an ihrem Job. (Obwohl man ihnen respektvoll und freundlich begegnet ist). Das Gefühl hatte ich schon vorab am Telefon. Eine Reinigungskraft und eine Kraft im Service haben wir besonders positiv wahrgenommen, beide sehr lieb, freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, das Zimmer war schön, wenn auch nicht zu 100% sauber. Der Blick aus der 6. Etage wirklich schön, wenn man nicht direkt nach unten auf die Baumärkte schaut. Frühstück war mit 21,50€ extra nicht günstig, aber sehr lecker und mit einer umfangreichen Auswahl.

Tolles Hotel. Zimmer sauber und schön. Preis- Leistung dafür stimmt. Gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in- und Outdoor. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Einzig die Barpreise sind sehr überzogen z.B. ein Lillet Wild Berry mit mehr Eis als Getränk 13,50€. Deswegen ist in der Bar wahrscheinlich auch kaum jemand. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Good rooms, really clean, comfortable beds. Great place to stay if you have a car, as parking was free, but not much around if you don't have a car. Restaurant was under refurbishment, so only complaint would be limited options for food. Amazing gym facilities on top floor - with great views while you work out.
