It appeared to be newly constructed and other construction nearby somewhat interfered. The room, bed, breakfast and staff was great. The TV barely worked for a half hour and never came on again.

This property has a remodeled feel to it and it is clear that the ownership wants the property to look good. The breakfast was nice and the eating area was great. I did not like the pool area or area in the hallway outside of the pool. There is not enough ventilation in the pool area and the smell of the pool chemicals and stale water sits with you while you are in there. This is also felt in the hallway outside of the pool where two dehumidifiers sit.

The staff is warm and friendly. Very comfy bed. Hot water with great pressure in the shower. Large TV with many channels. Exceptionally clean room. NO pests. Sparkling linens.

Thought its rating ment something, guess again.
The hot water for the shower never got hot the sink water did, both beds were uncomfortable and made noise, and you could hear the 18 wheeler idle all night long.

It was def a good experience, came for a comic con and got the room and it was easy to find and we got to spend some time with a friend and catch up!

The room had several maintenance issues which were quickly corrected after reporting. The ground floor room was extremely susceptible to the noise from the upper floor or we just had inconsiderate, hard walking, chair moving and very noisy neighbors. The breakfast was outstanding. Many smaller square pillows per bed. In comparison to other alternatives nearby, priced higher without much difference to justify it.

The location is superb halfway between Atlanta & St Louis with I55 being a great drive on to St Louis from Dyersburg.

I am relocating and booked this hotel because it was pet friendly but my circumstances are unique because my mother has dementia and she has to move with me. After driving 8 hrs of my trip I find that the pet limit is 25lbs. If anyone has ever been a caregiver for a person with dementia you understand how stressful it it. The front desk would not call the manager for an exception nor did ahe have any compassion. She proceeded to tell me I was late getting here and that the room was already pd for and I would have to go to expedia to get my money back. Again no compassion and I reiterated I am traveling with a person with dementia. If you ever had to care for a parent with dementia you know that each day if different and most times keeping a schedule is not having a schedule so yes we got a late start because of confusion and lack of understanding. The added stress could have been avoided with an exception and a large pet disclaimer on the booking to ensure no one else has to go through this.

My first night i stayed in room 212 and my clothes got wet hanging in the closet. Was gonna stay somewhere else the next night but decided to stay again and this time i was in room 317 and when taking a shower the tub didn't drain properly so i was standing in water the whole time..The bed slept great tho..I notified the staff and he said he'll notify management.
