Everything you need for the perfect Family GetAway. Summer or Winter. Plenty of space and fun for everyone. Kitchen with all the amenities. Green Egg, propane BBQ & Blackstone Griddle for gourmet Feasts. Horseshoe Pits, Kayaks and Paddles Boards. Sunset Fire pit for S'mores. Water play at the Sandy Beach, deep Off the Dock or Maybe a Soak in the Hot Tub after a Sauna. Sir Sam's close by for seasonal mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing. Plenty of cross country trails to explore. 15 minutes to town and all that Haliburton Highlands has to offer.

Perfect place for a family getaway. It had everything we needed and a few perks as well. We have rented a few cottages and none of them compare, it was well equipped, lots of room for everyone and the kids loved the lily pad.

Beautiful place

Stunning location, beautiful house! Hosts provided lovely details to make the stay more comfortable, like supplying toothbrushes and a couple bottles of wine. The freezer broke while we were there but Rebecca was on top of it and sent out a repair man right away. Only points of improvement: the clothes dryer does not work very well and needs replacement and there were a lot of decorative trinkets which limited kitchen counter space

Wonderful week at this cottage!

Stayed here with family, including my kids & nieces (ages range from 9 - 16). Had a great time! Kayaks & paddle boats available. Hot tub. Fire pit. Swimming in lake. Host was very communicative & accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a week of fun!

Luxurious Haliburton Cottage Living

Our family loved how beautiful and well equipped this cottage was- with something for everyone from kayaks and paddle boards to the Lilypad and hot tub. We had great fun making S’mores at the cozy and comfortable campfire landing and playing horseshoes out the back door, and the fun the girls had with the karaoke. Meals were so enjoyable to eat in the screened-in porch area and cooking a delight for our foodie family with the different means for outdoor cooking out on a really gorgeous deck. Rebecca was so thoughtful, kind and responsive to every question and need we had and I really can’t think of anything more we could have wanted, or even dreamed of. We had 8 amazing days on the Lake in heaven! Couldn’t think of a single thing I’d change and we all agreed we want to go back next year!
