「The house fit our needs well. Friends and family in town for a wrestling tournament and the house worked great for all to meet up at and enjoy spending time together. Nice neighborhood. Large back yard and hot tub. Look forward to coming back in the summer to the same location.」

「The house was set up nicely. Well stocked with amenities (towels, dish washing items, bathroom needs - even new toothbrushes, which one of us needed). It was a thoughtful setup The location was also perfect. Four blocks from the heart of Cedar Falls, easy access to everything we needed. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in the area.」

「Very clean and everything we needed. Walk to a French bakery or a Cafe for breakfast and walk to a brewery or restaurant in the evening. You also have the Cedar River with in walking distance. You can hear the power plant that’s close by at night. It quickly becomes slight background noise.」
