「Keypad didn’t work upon arrivalDirty sheets on both beds upon arrivalHot tub was not working the entire stay and was boarded up. Wine fridge was not working and was a key reason for selecting this location. Sauna auto shut off at 120 degrees. Water pressure and water heater was very low and didn’t last long. Sliding glass door shower is not set correctly. Slammed against the wall when opening. Parking ticket warning on the last day. Ticket claimed the guest passes were not for the location. 」

However our check out process all most got bad because I didn’t realize check out was at 10am, and my driver was due to arrive at 11am. I’ve never stayed at any AIRBB OR HOTEL, and had a 10am check out. The person I was speaking to over the app was not trying to hear it, they told us to take an uber or Lyft to another location and wait for our ride. 「Our host, Amanda, was easily reachable once we arrived. The amenities were above and beyond, and exactly as advertised by the photos posted. Kitchen was well-stocked for those who want to cook. WiFi was easy to connect to. King size beds in all rooms were very comfortable. Location is right off highway 6, making it very easy to get to Beaver Creek & Vail ski areas. 「We really enjoyed our stay at The Mountain Terrace. The property is very nicely designed and very comfortable. Listing is accurate and property is as shown. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. We had a small issue with a few kitchen outlets and the problem was swiftly resolved (in person!) within an hour. Very well managed property in an excellent location to local ski resorts. Would definitely stay again.」
