「Lovely accomodation. Really quiet, easy to find and park and clear check instructions given the day before. The garden was well maintained - we had a lovely room opening out onto the back. There's a couple of pubs, shops and an Indian restaurant all within walking distance and it's 5 mins up the road from the Park and Ride into Cambridge. Fully recommend a stay here! 「Wonderful stay at Turing Locke—highly recommended!
We had a great time staying here. The staff at both check-in and check-out were lovely and very helpful, and they also provided convenient luggage storage. 「Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
