「We were expecting the unrivaled scenery of Ireland. But to be able explore from a cozy remodeled police station was icing on the cake. Every room was clean and well stocked right down to the wood and coal for the fireplace. The hostess was warm and so helpful. We felt like we had known her forever. 「We were a party of seven adults and two dogs, visiting family and for birthday celebrations. There was plenty of room in the house and more than enough crockery etc. for our group. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the beach. We ‘practised’ walking to the Beach Bar on several occasions! Sheila was quick to respond to any queries. And we had two weeks of Irish sunshine. A lovely stay and we would happily return.」

「Lovely cottage - very comfortable and very well equipped. Perfect location for seeing the many beautiful locations in Sligo and south Donegal. Breege and Bernard are perfect hosts, property was spotlessly clean on arrival along with a welcome pack - which was much appreciated. Very easy to get to cottage, quiet and rural location. Fantastic walking direct from cottage, beach nearby. Just over an hour from Knock airport and if you have time don’t forget to visit Knock Basilica.」
