「Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. Since he said “if the card doesn’t work, it’s just a piece of plastic” I transferred the whole amount to that card and also told them my dad would be paying with his card...

「I enjoyed my stay at the BW Plus. It's super convenient (I walked home from downtown one night - not a short walk but very manageable). The property was clean, the staff was VERY friendly, the room was more than adequate (I had 2 queens and it had a desk/chair and side chair with 'breakfast tray.' The bathroom was just fine.
