I had two times experience with hotel, and I lost two Philips Electric Toothbrushes and one LaMer facial cream. When I was trying to ask hotel staff to help to find them, they did not even listen to me, and they directly answered “no, we don’t find”. And when I asked them what the room number I just mentioned to them, they just said we forgot, technically, this hotel is good to live if there is no thief.

The bed was not very comfortable. Both sides dip into the middle. And you would think that they would have coffee. Nope not until the shop opens and you buy some. They did have a coffee maker in room but didn’t look very clean to me.

I love this hotel because of the hot tub unfortunately it was out of service when i was there the sauna was great what I didn't like is that the bathroom wasn't as clean as I consider it should be the garbage can it didn't even had a plastic bag but other than that we try to enjoy our time there

It is my daughter’s spring break, and all she wanted was a pool! I called ahead to ask if the indoor pool was heated, and the response was yes! That’s why we booked this hotel. There are tons of other hotels with indoor pools near us; if they had said no, then I would have never booked it here. I have now been waiting for almost two hours for this pool to be fixed. I will be asking for a partial refund. The person at the front desk was extremely rude; he did not even know the situation and jumped to conclusions. Unbelievable. We should have book a different place with the same price.

I can understand your frustration and this recent stay with us. I cannot find your booking as you have responded on Expedia site, if you can please contact the hotel directly leave me a voice message with your full name on booking, or hotel confirmation number not Expedia booking number with your contact number I will be more than happy to look at your reservation. As you booked through Expedia not directly with us it's a different matter on how to handle reservation. Th staff we interacted with was very professional and kind. The hotel, however, is understaffed. Only one receptionist. No valet parking. No one at the door to carry luggages etc. Overall a potentially nice hotel if understaffing issue is address. Also, you must park your own car and pay $14-$20 for parking.

Terrible is an understatement. Let's start with how dirty the rooms are... There was a used qtip on the floor under the sink. There were someone else's hair strands all over the bathroom, sink, towels... Gross! It looked like our room carpet has not been vacuumed in decades as we kept on seeing food particles all over. Elevators - there are 4, but they get stuck if there are more than 5 people in them or they reset as someone gets off and you have to rush to repress the numbers, otherwise you will be riding somewhere else. Oh and they also charge you $14 nightly to park your car... And that is after you have to shlepp your luggage down the stairs from whichever floor you are on, because the wait for the elevator is over an hour... Let me put it this way... This hotel is in major need of some tender love and care! So disappointing! Definitely not what you expect from Hilton.

The electrical room in every floor is very noisy and this noise is all night. We switched 4 rooms and same issue. The room is not clean and dirty and everything is dusty. The best thing in the hotel is the lobby area and the night time receptionist. She is very helpful and she tried to do everything to get me a room with no noise. I don’t know but Hilton is not as before. We will never book there again.

Hotel lobby is beautiful. The rest of it could use some updates. Our room had a thermostat, but it did not work. Temp was constantly reverted back to 69 overnight (it is February) and we were very cold. Not typically somebody at the front desk, had to wait around for somebody to come out of the back room they have. Toilets are SO loud, and so are the vent systems in the room.
