「The room was very clean, however we were on the top floor and it was very warm when we entered the room. We put the AC on before we went out for our event for the evening. When we returned, it was over 85 in our room. We called maintenance, however they could not assist with our AC as they do not have any help after hours, could not offer us another room because it "wasn't clean"and could not even offer us a fan. We were stuck in a room that was about 90 degrees」

「Fine hotel, although checkin staff were not very friendly or responsive. In the morning no hot water in the shower, which they just shrugged off when I told them. Breakfast is fine, rooms are clean and comfortable. With hot water it would have been nice!」

「We loved our stay here and the staff was super helpful and kind. The property is beautiful and the rooms are very nicely updated. The staff is so kind and they went above and beyond with any simple request. The only reason I gave the amenities a 4 instead of 5 is they were closed due to some rainy weather.
