Great family get a way

The house was newly renovated clean and very welcoming. The thoroughly enjoyed the yard/patio and the pool. Our family plans on returning !

Lovely house, quiet neighborhood

The house was large with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and outside deck were very enjoyable. The communication with the host was very good. The location was convenient to downtown and beaches.

Great family vacation spot

We were a group of 9, ages 12 to 85. The house was set up well for large parties with plenty of cooking supplies, beds, towels, space, parking, very clean, lots of light, well maintained. Only issue was not receiving any info about check in prior to stay but host was responsive once I called. We all had a great time.

Friends Getaway

We were a group of 7 senior citizen female friends, ranging from 71 to 83 years old. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and beautiful decore. The weather did not permit us to take advantage of the pool and other beautiful outdoor spaces more.The home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy accessibility to town and nearby venues.We would love to return again.

Perfect stay for our of town wedding!

We had a great week at the house with our family and another family as well. Had a few hiccups due to there not being bunk beds as described in listing and weirdly the owner would/could not unlock the fence gate to driveway, but overall house was very nice.

Great Vacation Home

Our family and family friends rented this beautiful home for 4 days. The home was exceptionally clean, including bedding and bathrooms. There was everything you could imagine that you would need in a rental home. The landscaping was meticulously maintained. We were pleasantly surprised at how much space was inside the home as well as the yard. We needed help navigating a small issue, in which our host had maintenance there shortly after speaking to her and was situated within 10 min. All in all, we were very pleased and would rent there again!

A Relaxing Stay in Falmouth

Our stay was wonderful at Meadow View. The home was recently renovated, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Communication was timely and responsive. Falmouth is one of our favorite places to stay at the Cape. The home had easy access to Martha’s Vineyard ferries, great beaches, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and comfort

This house is a real gem. The location was the perfect balance of being close to shopping, beaches, restaurants and ferry but still coming home to a very quiet neighborhood. There are also nature trails to explore close by. The size of the house felt spacious and open. It fit our family of 6 easily and comfortably. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a stress free trip.

Lovely quiet place

We had a dream stay in this house. We stay for 5 nights and enjoyed every hour. The house is fully equipped with all what you need. There is a outside fireplace, a grill and a nice patio area. Beach towels and chairs are available. The communication was great. All questions concerned where answered immediately. Supermarket and stores are 5 min by car.
